Mediation
Contact for mediation services - superior court, workers compensation and family financial. Roy also mediates Federal Court matters and can serve in a range of settings. Roy has mediated in litigated cases for for over 30 years.
Mediation fees: Single Admin $200 / Hourly $250
Roy also provides mediation services external to the legal system where a customized process can be utilized. He serves on the mediator panel for the Town of Chapel Hill as part of its grievance process and also provides mediation services to the EPA Office of Civil Rights.

Conflict Consulting
Roy is available to help you or your organization navigate a conflict. He can coach people through conflicts, provide mediation/facilitation services, and help determine appropriate process to address the situation.
